Leica Lino L2+ Cross Line Laser

We are very excited to announce a new member of the Leica Lino product family – Leica Lino L2+.

Leica Geosystems has re-developed the award winning Leica Lino L2 cross line laser to provide an extra large laser fan-angle of approximately 180° for both lines. Thus even longer laser lines can be projected and alignment as well as leveling tasks are brought to further perfection.

The Leica Lino is synonymous with quality through the build and laser. They have been designed to provide the best-in-class instrument, supported with the best warranty package.

  • Outstanding visibility and extra long laser lines – extended laser fan-angle (<180>
  • Quick and effortless set up – self-leveling within a range of ± 4°

  • Perfect horizontal and vertical leveling – exact 90° angle

  • Working in bright conditions – pulse function for detecting the laser lines with a receiver

  • Alignment at any angle – lock function to switch off the self-leveling function

  • Ready for many different leveling and alignment tasks – clever scope of delivery in a practical hard-case

Extra long laser lines
The improved emergence angle ensures outstanding visibility and extension of the laser line for perfect levelling and alignment at long distances. It is possible, e.g., to transfer reference points from one wall to the next. Leave your spirit level and string in your tool box.
Very high accuracy
With projection and levelling accuracy of ±1mm, the Leica Lino L2+ is one of the most precise instruments in its class.
Very easy to use
With only one button operation, the Leica Lino L2+ is quick and easy to operate. Setting the instrument up is child's play, with the magnetic multifunction adapter supplied.

Excellent visibilityThe Leica Lino L2+ is equipped with Leica's Power Range Technology to achieve an excellent visible laser line at greater distances.
Working in bright conditionsThe pulse function is not just an energy-saving mode: it also allows you to locate the laser lines using a laser detector, even in very bright lighting conditions. When utilised with a detector eye the range can be increased to 30m inside or out.

Cable Detection i-Series Cable Locators

Cable Location has never been easier or safer, with the EZiSYSTEM range of avoidance tools.

The Cable Detection EZiCAT has been designed with the main emphasis on safety, our aim being to reduce on-site strike incidents by using the latest electronic technology to significantly reduce the human error element.

Unlike other makes, the new Cable Detection i-series provide advanced detection functions as standard.

Intelligence

Large LCD Screen - Standard
The large high contrast LCD screen provides a clear, easy-to-understand display of the instruments readings and functions. The built-in light sensor automatically enables the backlight in dark conditions.

Depth Indication (option)
The EZiCAT i550 features utility depth indication, when used in conjunction with the EZiTRACE or Sonde in 8 or 33 kHz modes. Operators can determine the depth of the buried utility. Providing a clear advantage when conducting ground surveys.

Hazard Zone - Standard
Buried utilities close to the surface pose a significant risk to site works. The new Hazard Zone function provides an additional warning to the close proximity of buried services, alerting users to the immediate danger.

Enhanced Sonde Detection - Standard
EZiCAT i-Series feature numeric signal strength readout, specifically designed for easy Sonde location. The highest number displayed indicates the exact position of the Sonde beneath the ground.

In-built Test Function - Standard
The EZiCAT i-series features an in-built test function allowing operators to test the hardware and software functionality before use.

Pinpoint Assist - Standard
Maintains the highest peak reading obtained on the signal strength indicator for a period of time, allowing the operator to quickly and accurately pinpoint the service position.

Bluetooth Connectivity (option)
Both the EZiCAT i-series locators can be purchased with the added benefit of Bluetooth wireless connectivity. It will allow the EZiCAT to integrate seamlessly with mobile mapping technology to log survey data.

Service Due Indicator - Standard
Supporting customer planned maintenance schedules or quality systems by displaying a wrench icon after12 months.

Flexibility

Auto Mode - Standard
Automatically locates power or radio signals, helping to confirm the presence of services upon initial site occupation making cable detection easier and safer!

Generator Modes (8 & 33 kHz) - Standard
Locates a specific signal applied by the EZiTRACE dual frequency signal generator to a metallic underground conductor.

Radio Mode - Standard
Traces signals originating from distant radio transmitters. These signals penetrate the ground and are reradiated by buried conductive services.

Power Mode (Default Mode) - Standard
Locates power signals radiated by energized cables which pose the most significant risk to excavation teams.

C.Scope CXL & DXL cable locators

C.Scope has introduced a new range of digital cable locators developed using the latest advanced signal processing technology to provide valuable information about the position of buried pipes and cables more quickly than previously possible.

The C.Scope CXL model provides an enhanced digital detection system with AllScan detecting mode, greater sensitivity and improved signal interference rejection.

The C.Scope DXL models introduces depth measuring into their enhanced digital detection system with AllScan detecting mode, greater sensitivity and improved signal interference rejection.

Robustly made and equipped with LCD meter with automatic backlight, detachable loudspeaker and easy-to-operate fingertip controls.

Featured on both the C.Scope CXL & DXL models are four detecting modes, each with their own unique advantages:

POWER
The POWER mode is the quickest way to detect most buried electricity cables by detecting the signal created by the electrical current itself.

RADIO
The RADIO mode detects re-radiated "radio" type signals that are often present on metal pipes and cables allowing their position to be determined using just the CXL alone.

GENERATOR
The GENERATOR mode is used to detect the signal applied to a metal pipe or cable by a signal generator. In addition the Generator mode can be used to detect the signal being transmitted by a C.Scope Sonde for non-metallic pipe tracing.

ALLSCAN
The brand new ALLSCAN mode detects ALL frequencies of signal from the lowest of the Power signals right up to and including 33kHz. This great all-in-one mode can detect unusual frequency signals often overlooked in the conventional Power, Radio and Generator modes and can often speed up the locating process with just one sweep of the site.

Depth Measurements
To activate the depth mode by simply pushing a button and displays the depth of an applied signal with instant accuracy. For depth finding the C.Scope DXL cable avoidance tool is to be utilised with a signal generator.

Cable Detection i-Series

Cable Detection has recently launched a new range of advanced digital cable avoidance systems.

The EZiCAT has been designed with the main emphasis on safety, our aim being to reduce on-site strike incidents by using the latest electronic technology to significantly reduce the human error element.

How does EZiSYSTEM locate?
The EZiCAT i500 and i550 locate buried conductive services by receiving electromagnetic signals which radiate from them.

The EZiCAT’s intelligent software interprets the signal data and provides the operator with an audible and visual response to the location and direction of buried utilities. The operator can mark the ground or use a GIS mapping device* to note the location.

Incorpoated into the design are a range of standard features that make the new Cable Detection i-Series the best cable avoidance system.

Auto Mode
Automatically locates power or radio signals, helping to confirm the presence of services upon initial site occupation making cable detection easier and safer!

Digital signal processing technology (DSP)
State-of-the-art for precision service locating.

Hazard Zone
The EZiCAT i-Series indicates the presence of a shallow buried service in power, 8 and 33 kHz modes, (within approximately 30cm) alerting users to the increased risk.

Pinpoint Assist
Maintains the highest peak reading obtained on the signal strength indicator for a period of time, allowing the operatior to quickly and accurately pinpoint the service position.

Enhanced Sonde Detection
EZiCAT i-Series feature numeric signal strength readout, specifically designed for easy Sonde location. The highest number displayed indicates the exact position of the Sonde beneath the ground.
